What we collect
No account, no sign-up and no contact form. We run no database of our own, so there is no record of you for us to hold.
This is the part that matters: sender names, recipient addresses, phone numbers, order references and customs values are processed entirely inside your browser to draw the label. They are never transmitted to us, to Google, or to anyone else. Nothing you type into the generator leaves your device.
We do use Google Analytics to count visits, described below.
What your browser stores locally
Five items are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device only: your label history (labelbench.history.v1), your saved sender address if you chose to keep one (labelbench.sender.v1), your light or dark theme preference (labelbench.theme), and the label template and paper size you last picked (labelbench.template and labelbench.paper). Your language is carried in the URL rather than stored.
None of it is a cookie and none of it is transmitted anywhere. It exists so the tool remembers what you were doing, and it stays on this device.
You can delete all of them at any time. Use “Delete all” under the label history and “Forget” next to the sender block, or clear site data in your browser settings. There is no copy anywhere else.
Server logs
The site is a set of static files served by a hosting provider. Like every web server, that host records ordinary request information (IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user-agent) in order to deliver pages and defend against abuse. We do not combine those logs with anything else, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read and which countries and search engines they arrive from. It tells us whether the site is worth maintaining. We never send it anything you type into the label.
Google Consent Mode is configured so that visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have all storage denied by default: no analytics cookie is written unless and until you consent. Analytics still receives anonymous, cookieless pings from those regions and estimates the rest. Everywhere else, a standard Google Analytics cookie is set to tell a returning visit from a new one.
You can block it entirely with any content blocker, or with your browser’s “Do Not Track” or anti-tracking setting. Nothing on the site depends on it: the generator works identically either way, including offline.
Advertising
The site currently shows no advertising and runs no advertising scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated before any ad code is added, and visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom will be asked for consent through a certified consent-management platform, as Google requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and comparable laws you have the right to access, correct, export and erase personal data held about you. Because we hold none, there is nothing for us to produce or delete. The data is on your device, under your control, and removable by you at any moment.
If you email us, we will of course hold that email in order to reply to it. Ask and we will delete the thread.
