Reporting wrong country data
This is the most useful message you can send. Please include the country, what the site currently shows, what it should be, and ideally a link to the postal operator’s own page saying so. Address formats, postal-code examples and operator names all drift over time, and corrections from people who actually ship to a country beat any dataset.

Tell us the browser and version, the destination country, and what you expected to happen. Printing problems are the most common report: please say which paper size you chose and whether you used the Print button or your browser’s own print command.
What we cannot help with
We are not a carrier and have no access to any carrier’s systems, so a parcel already in the post is beyond anything we can see or change. If an item is late, lost or held by customs, the operator that accepted it is the only party who can act, and they will ask for the tracking number issued when postage was bought. Nothing generated here carries that number.
We also cannot confirm whether a specific item may be sent to a specific country. Prohibited and restricted lists are set by the destination’s customs authority and its carriers, they differ between operators serving the same country, and they change. Before you write about a printing problem
Two settings cause most of them. Margins must be set to none in the print dialog, because a default margin scales the whole page down and a label that is not the size it claims will not scan reliably. And Firefox and Safari ignore the paper size a page asks for, so the size has to be picked by hand in the dialog to match the template.
If the label prints at the wrong size after both of those, please say which browser, which template and which paper you chose, and whether you used the Print button on the page or your browser’s own print command. That combination is usually enough to reproduce it.
