Local conventions worth getting right in Canada
Canada Post asks for the entire address in capitals. The postal code splits three characters and three, as in M5V 2T6, with a space and never a hyphen. Municipality, province code and postal code share the last line: one space after the municipality, two before the postal code.
If nobody is home when the parcel reaches Canada
Canada Post leaves a Delivery Notice Card and takes the parcel to a nearby post office rather than trying again. A regular parcel waits fifteen calendar days from the day it reaches that office, with a final notice card after five, and then comes back to you at your cost on the same service you paid for. The window is not uniform across services: Xpresspost is held for five days and Priority for thirty, so quoting a single number to a buyer is how the parcel is missed.
Worked example: a parcel arriving in Toronto

The last line is the destination country in English capitals, so the exporting post office can sort the item without reading the local script.
Canada uses postal codes. A valid one looks like M5V 2T6, the code for Toronto.
The national postal operator is Canada Post.
A state or province is part of a Canada address; a parcel without one can be delayed or returned. The example above shows where it belongs.

Is this an official postal label for Canada?
No, and no website can produce one. A carrier label carries a tracking number only Canada Post or a courier can issue against your account. This is an address and handling label: print it, tape it to the box, and add the carrier’s tracking label beside it at drop-off.
Does a parcel sent to Canada need a customs form?
Only if the parcel starts in a different country. Domestic shipments inside Canada need no customs paperwork. For inbound international parcels, a CN22 is required below roughly 300 SDR and is added to the label automatically; heavier or more valuable consignments need a CN23 on a separate sheet.
