How it works
- Type the reference your workflow uses: an order number, a SKU, a bin location.
- The encoder builds a Code 128 subset B symbol with its check digit already computed.
- Download the SVG for design tools, the PNG for spreadsheets and marketplaces, or print a sheet of copies and scan them at the bench as you pack.
The barcode is your own reference for picking, packing and returns. It is not a carrier tracking number: no third-party site can issue one of those, and any that claims to is selling you something else.
Questions sellers ask
Which barcode format is this?
Code 128 subset B: the format on shipping labels and order references almost everywhere, and the one warehouse and courier scanners read by default. It covers the ASCII character set, which is why non-Latin characters are stripped rather than mangled.
Why was my text shortened or changed?
Subset B cannot encode non-ASCII characters, and a reference longer than 32 characters stops being scannable at a practical width. The field keeps what the format can honestly carry and shows you exactly what will be encoded.
Will this barcode scan straight off the screen?
Usually, yes: the bars are vector-sharp and scanners read screens happily. For print, use the PNG at its full size or the SVG, and keep the white margin around the symbol, which scanners need to find it.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The barcode is generated by code running in your browser. Nothing you type reaches any server, and there is no account.
