No prices on the slip: it travels inside the parcel.

Questions sellers ask

What is a packing slip for?

It tells the person opening the box what should be inside, and it tells your packer what to put in. It carries no prices, so it goes inside the parcel without embarrassing a gift or revealing wholesale costs.

A4, Letter or 4 × 6: which should I print?

A4 for office printers outside North America, Letter inside it, and 4 × 6 only on thermal printers. The slip reflows to the paper instead of scaling, so nothing lands half off the page.

Does the packing slip replace the customs form?

No. A packing slip travels inside the box; a customs declaration travels on it. For anything crossing a border you still need the CN22 or CN23, and the values on both should agree.

Is the order data uploaded anywhere?

No. The slip is built and printed by code running in your browser. Customer names and addresses never leave the machine, and there is no account.

If the parcel crosses a border, the declaration goes on it, not in it: use the CN22 generator. For the numbers behind the order, the profit calculator keeps the honest figure.
