Addresses in Germany are written in the Latin alphabet: copy the street line exactly as the recipient gave it.
Local conventions worth getting right in Germany
Write the house number after the street name, never before it: Hauptstraße 15, not 15 Hauptstraße. Leave no comma between the postal code and the city, so 52078 Aachen rather than 52078, Aachen. The old D- prefix in front of the postal code is obsolete and Deutsche Post asks senders to drop it.
If nobody is home when the parcel reaches Germany
If nobody is in, a German parcel usually does not come back a second time: it goes to a neighbour or to a Packstation locker, and a card says which. A parcel sent to a Packstation is held for seven calendar days counting the day it arrives, and one diverted there after a failed home delivery is held for nine. Tell your buyer that a Packstation address needs their personal Postnummer as well as the locker number, because without it the parcel cannot be assigned to them and is returned.
Worked example: a parcel arriving in Berlin

The last line is the destination country in English capitals, so the exporting post office can sort the item without reading the local script.
Germany uses postal codes. A valid one looks like 10115, the code for Berlin.
The national postal operator is Deutsche Post.
No state or province is used in a Germany address. The city line and postal code are enough.

Customs status
Germany is in the EU customs union. A parcel from another member state is in free circulation: no CN22, no declaration, no duty. The generator prints the customs block only on other routes.
Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the United Kingdom are not in the union, despite the geography.

Is this an official postal label for Germany?
No, and no website can produce one. A carrier label carries a tracking number only Deutsche Post or a courier can issue against your account. This is an address and handling label: print it, tape it to the box, and add the carrier’s tracking label beside it at drop-off.
Does a parcel from another EU country to Germany need a customs form?
Not from another EU member state: that parcel is in free circulation, with no declaration and no duty. From anywhere outside the customs union, a CN22 is required below roughly 300 SDR and a CN23 on a separate sheet above it.
