Local conventions worth getting right in Ireland
An Eircode is seven characters, written three then four with a space: D08 E1W3. Unlike most postcodes it identifies a single address rather than a street or a block, so it is worth getting exactly right. The routing key at the front follows post towns rather than county lines, which means the county is not needed once you have the Eircode.
If nobody is home when the parcel reaches Ireland
An Post treats a parcel from abroad far more patiently than a domestic one, which is the opposite of what most senders assume. An item received from outside Ireland is held for sixteen working days, while ordinary domestic post gets five and registered post only three. Sixteen working days is over three weeks once weekends and bank holidays are counted, so an Irish buyer who has gone away has more room than almost anywhere else in Europe.

The last line is the destination country in English capitals, so the exporting post office can sort the item without reading the local script.
Ireland uses postal codes. A valid one looks like D02 XY45, the code for Dublin.
The national postal operator is An Post.
No state or province is used in a Ireland address. The city line and postal code are enough.

Customs status
Ireland is in the EU customs union. A parcel from another member state is in free circulation: no CN22, no declaration, no duty. The generator prints the customs block only on other routes.
Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the United Kingdom are not in the union, despite the geography.

Is this an official postal label for Ireland?
No, and no website can produce one. A carrier label carries a tracking number only An Post or a courier can issue against your account. This is an address and handling label: print it, tape it to the box, and add the carrier’s tracking label beside it at drop-off.
Does a parcel from another EU country to Ireland need a customs form?
Not from another EU member state: that parcel is in free circulation, with no declaration and no duty. From anywhere outside the customs union, a CN22 is required below roughly 300 SDR and a CN23 on a separate sheet above it.
