Addresses in Switzerland are written in the Latin alphabet: copy the street line exactly as the recipient gave it.
Local conventions worth getting right in Switzerland
The four digit postal code goes before the town on the same line, with no comma between them. Drop the CH- prefix: Swiss Post asks for 8001 Zürich rather than CH-8001 Zürich. Switzerland sits outside the EU customs union despite the geography, so a parcel from an EU country still needs a customs declaration.
If nobody is home when the parcel reaches Switzerland
Swiss Post gives an international parcel fifteen days at the branch against seven for a domestic one, so a parcel arriving from abroad has more than twice the window a Swiss sender would expect. The collection note names the branch and the final date, and the recipient can extend the deadline online without an account, which is the first thing to suggest to a buyer who is travelling rather than assuming the parcel is lost.

The last line is the destination country in English capitals, so the exporting post office can sort the item without reading the local script.
Switzerland uses postal codes. A valid one looks like 8001, the code for Zürich.
The national postal operator is Swiss Post.
No state or province is used in a Switzerland address. The city line and postal code are enough.
